Information about LATAM AIRLINES GROUP S.A.

Dear Participants,

As described in the E.F. of October 26, 2022, we would like to inform you that the Issuer expects their Reorganization Plan to become effective on November 3. In that case, (i) the shares subscribed during the preferential subscription period, as well as in the second round, and (ii) the series G, H, and I convertible bonds subscribed during the preferential offer period will be provided to their corresponding subscribers at that date.

Said shares will be registered directly in the Corporation's Shareholders' Register.

The subscribers in the corresponding subscription agreements will provide said convertible bonds in DCV to the corresponding depositors during the preferential offer period.
