Commitment to Business Continuity and Information Security

Dear depositors;

DCV's commitment to the Business Continuity Management System (SGCN) and the Information Security Management System (SGSI), implemented according to ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 standards, is reflected in the following aspects:

1. The business continuity and information security policies and objectives in place are in line with the strategies of the organization's upper management.
2. Business continuity and information security requirements have become part of the organization's processes.
3. The necessary resources are allocated to run management systems.
4. The findings identified in the internal and external management systems review processes are managed and,
5. Management systems are framed within a continuous improvement strategy.

These aspects have contributed to the certification of the SGCN and SGSI at DCV, which means obtaining the necessary credentials from an independent review process that concludes that a management system:

• Meets the requirements of a standard,
• Is consistent with the policy and its objectives, and
• Is being implemented effectively.
