Important information before the district quarantine defined by the authority

Dear Issuers and Depositors,

The Depósito Central de Valores informs that after the district quarantine defined by the health authority, the following measures have been defined.

1.- As of Wednesday, March 26th, the vault located at Calle Huérfanos 770, floor -1, will remain closed until further notice. Documents cannot be picked up or submitted, and they will only be received at Torre Santa María until 14:00 hours today.
2.- Issuers not managed by our affiliate DCV Registros must register as soon as possible to receive the transfers, letters and other backgrounds necessary to record their movements informed by DCV.

a.- Those who have not registered under the exception mechanism may access the requested information after they register, where DCV will maintain their information in its systems.
b.-The statement of account that registers the movement of their operations will be sent upon request.
c.- Position certificates for shareholders meetings will follow the flow by email.
d.- Non-registered issuers may not process operations until they adhere to the contingency protocol.

3.- Our attention standards that are committed to the market (SLA) could be affected by the handling of these exceptional flows. We regret the inconvenience that this situation may cause you.
4.- The deadline for receiving all types of instructions via the electronic channel is adjusted, as an exception, until 13:00 hours.
5.- The offices located at Av. Apoquindo 4001, Los Conquistadores 1730 and at Calle Huérfanos 770, will not be open to the public, nor will they receive physical documents.
6.- The Customer Service Desk, MAC (Depositors), continues to be fully operational from 9:00 to 18:30 hours through its email and telephone +56 22 393 9001; prefer this number before the contingency telephones reported in thebulletin of March 23rd..
7.- The Shareholders and Issuers Attention Desk for DCV Registros continues to be fully operational from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00 hours and on Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 hours.

9.- The following services may not be physically delivered due to force majeure: (*)

a.- Printing of certificates.
b.- Signature and pickup of certificates
c.- Receiving background updates
d.- Receiving other documents personally

f.- Deposits and Withdrawals of Mining Guarantees
g.- Deposits and Withdrawals of RF Instruments and IIF in General.
