Exception protocols and procedures for Issuers not administered by DCV Registros

Dear Issuers and Depositors,

The Depósito Central de Valores and its affiliate DCV Registros, inform regarding the exception protocols and procedures to be implemented with the aim of facilitating processes facing the health crisis facing the country.

The new procedure consists of replacing temporarily, the physical and signed delivery of different forms and support documents. For this purpose, it will be required to send them by email in order to approve or reject the informed operations.

It is important to keep in mind that, once the health contingency is over, issuers and depositors will be required to regularize these forms under the procedures that will be in force.

To adhere to the new exception protocol:

Issuers, prior to operating under this method, must adhere to this new protocol. This is done by sending the attached document signed by the General Manager or their authorized agents to This email address is being protected from spambots. New exception procedure by type of operation:
1.-Deposit Transfers and Withdrawal of Equities:

Depositors that have adhered to the exception protocol can send the transfers to DCV by email and DCV will register them to proceed to send them to the registered Issuers.

This suppresses during this period the delivery of the handwritten forms of Deposits and Withdrawals of Equities for their processing

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., where the form with the respective operation (see example here) that the depositor will submit to DCV will be provided and that the latter has validated for its processing.

You must give notice to the same account by email for its approval or rejection. In case of being "Connected" to the DCV application, it will not be required to send this notice (in relation to the action that is being performed).

DCV will request depositors biweekly the original forms duly signed, thus, regularizing contingency operations, which will then be sent to issuers for their regularization (if this is not possible, they will be sent periodically).

If the Issuer Not Administered by the affiliate DCV Registros does not adhere, DCV will reject the transfer due to the impossibility of being physically delivered.
