Special operating hours August 2020

Dear Depositors:

The Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) and its affiliate DCV Registros inform that we are working on the plan to return to the offices. Notwithstanding the preceding, and to respond to the requirements of depositors, participants, and shareholders in general, the operating hours are maintained on Wednesdays during August, in the same way as it was done in the previous months.

This situation remains unchanged as long as the district of Providencia remains in complete confinement. If there is a change, it will be informed through this same channel.

Custody:

• Deposits and withdrawals of physical DPF instruments (Fixed Term Deposits).
• Deposits and withdrawals of mining guarantees.
• Physical reception of stock exchange transfers.
• Deposits and withdrawals of recognition bonds (BRAA) from Capredena and Dipreca.

Note: The start of the regularization process of deposit and withdrawal forms of equity instruments will be informed soon, as well as the physical receipt of these forms. For the moment, the service will be maintained digitally (adhesion protocol).

DCV Registros:

• Submission and withdrawal of certificates, upon availability confirmation by phone at +56 223 939 003.
• Receipt of non-FEA legal backgrounds, such as correspondence.

• Payment of dividends for those shareholders who do not have a checking or sight account.
