Regularization process of forms involving deposits and withdrawals of variable income instruments

Dear Depositors:

The Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) and its affiliate DCV Registros informed on March 23rd, 2020, the exception protocols and procedures to operate during the health contingency period, contained in an electronic bulletin and on the website. These procedures were intended to replace, temporarily, the physical and signed delivery (by authorized proxies) of the forms that referred to deposits and withdrawal of equity instruments (DRRV Forms) by replacing them with a digital format via email.

In line with the deconfinement plan reported by the Government of Chile, DCV will begin the process of regularizing DRRV forms. Considering that the operations registered in the entry systems have been confirmed by the parties (both depositors and issuers), the following has been defined:

• The regularization process will not require the delivery of physical forms which have been received electronically while the health contingency is maintained.
  DCV will notify depositors and issuers of all deposit and withdrawal operations registered under the exception procedures scheme during the period between March 23rd and July 31st, 2020.
• This process will require the response of proxies (of both depositors and issuers) by signing the exception protocol. This, only in cases of non-conformity of the reported operations. The respective non-conformity must be sent under the same scheme used for the notification of operations. The deadline to indicate a possible non-conformity will be until August 31st of this year.
• The notification process will be reiterated between August 1st and the date that the health contingency is terminated, date on which the receipt of digital forms will be suspended.
• For the purposes of resuming the submission of physical transfers, these will be available only to issuers administered by DCV Registros on the dates and times that DCV notifies on its website and to those issuers that inform DCV that their offices will be open for receiving and processing said forms.
