Dear Participants,

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) in accordance with the provisions of the current Internal Regulations, informs its depositors that the CUSTODY SERVICE OF OLD SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM CONTRIBUTION CERTIFICATES OF PENSION FUND ACTIVE MEMBERS (BRAA) will be available as of June 19th for the pension fund administrators (AFP), the Social Security Institute (IPS), life insurance companies and brokers. This service will be governed by the Rules issued by the Superintendencey of Pensions (SP), by the provisions of numeral 13 of DCV's Internal Regulations and, in the case of AFPs and IPS, by the corresponding addendum or agreement.

The service conditions are contained in the Operations Manual version 6.3 of 2019 of the CUSTODY SERVICE OF OLD SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM CONTRIBUTION CERTIFICATES OF PENSION FUND ACTIVE MEMBERS, which was agreed with the AFPs and the IPS. Said This manual contains the method through which the custody of said these bonds will operate in order to comply with the regulations of the pension system of the SP.

According to an agreement between the SP, the AFPs, the IPS and DCV, the start of this new method will start begin next June 19th. Similarly, within the commissioning process of the service, a temporary suspension period has been arranged in the processing of Contribution Certificates, which will go be between June 10th and 14th, prior to carrying out the changes to the service's method.

All of the above will be subject to the formal communication issued by the SP and which will be communicated to the CMF.

According to the information contained in Circular No. 320 dated April 30th, 2019, as of June 3rd, 2019, the Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) will custody the securities related to the Foreign Securities Exchange service (BVE) directly in the Depository Trust Corporation (DTC-USA), in an account opened especially for this purpose.

Considering the preceding, we request all service participants that the operations that have a settlement date as of June 3rd, 2019, be instructed according to what is provided below in the Electronic FROI.

Funds for purchase operation

The funds (USD) for the settlement of purchase operations must be sent to the same DCV account that is currently sent to Citibank NY. For more details, see the International Custody Operations Guide, available at www.dcv.cl.

New settlement instructions to foreign counterparts:

On the other hand, as a result of this change, we request the users of the service to inform their counterparts abroad of the new settlement instructions (SSI), which will be effective on the aforementioned date:

We remind you that the custody service of DCV through DTC-USA does not contemplate arrangements related to the recovery of tax benefits or their reclassification.

If any Depositor wishes to obtain these benefits, it must instruct the transfer of its securities to the custody of DCV in Euroclear, where the procedures described above will be available. Accordingly, the Depositor will be responsible for ordering this transfer.

Finally, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 16.1.1 of DCV's current Internal Regulations, Participants are informed on the new version of the International Custody Operations Guide that incorporates the aforementioned changes.

Dear Participants,

In accordance with Section 16.1.1 of the current Internal Regulation, Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV) communicates to its depositors that the operating model of the International Custody Service for the Foreign Stock Market will be changed.

Deutsche Bank has informed us that, from June 1st, 2019, it will no longer be part of the operating model of that business. Therefore, DCV will transfer the custody services to other depositories in our international custody infrastructure: The Depository Trust Corporation (DTC) and Euroclear Bank.

This change will imply:

• New settlement process – settlement coordinates -, which will be detailed in the new International Custodians Operations Guide to be communicated through a Circular Letter that will be issued 10 days before the new model becomes effective.
• Changes in how the fees mentioned in the International Custody Rate Form will be collected and will be timely communicated.

The Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) in accordance with the provisions of Section 16.1.1 of the current Internal Regulations, informs its depositors on the new version of the International Custody Operations Guide.

In its 2019 January version, the guide incorporates the following changes:

• Update of the contacts that make up the InterMAC International Customer Service Desk.
• Accuracy regarding settlement and custody of foreign mutual fund quotas through Euroclear-Fundsettle; they will now be governed by the same terms and conditions of the custodian, Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V.
