Dear Participants

Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV), wishes to inform you that the trial phase related to the receipt of electronic documents with advanced electronic signature issued by Notary Publics, Real Estate Registrars and State Bodies, has ended.

In light of the preceding, DCV will begin receiving those electronic documents, which shall be internally validated, to subsequently issue the relevant legal reports, according to the nature of the electronic document sent.

The electronic documents must meet the following requirements:

1. It must be a document with advanced electronic signature, issued by any of the companies certified by the Ministry of Economy.
2. The document must be subject to validation (through OCSP automatic validation responses of the same companies accredited with the Ministry).
3. Should the response state that the signature is unknown, has problems or is not valid, the documents shall not be processed, without prejudice they will be analyzed case by case.

Should any of your Legal Departments require training on the use and validation of documents issued with advanced electronic signature.
