Dear Participants,

According to the information contained in Circular No. 320 dated April 30th, 2019, as of June 3rd, 2019, the Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) will custody the securities related to the Foreign Securities Exchange service (BVE) directly in the Depository Trust Corporation (DTC-USA), in an account opened especially for this purpose.

Considering the preceding, we request all service participants that the operations that have a settlement date as of June 3rd, 2019, be instructed according to what is provided below in the Electronic FROI.

Funds for purchase operation

The funds (USD) for the settlement of purchase operations must be sent to the same DCV account that is currently sent to Citibank NY. For more details, see the International Custody Operations Guide, available at www.dcv.cl.

New settlement instructions to foreign counterparts:

On the other hand, as a result of this change, we request the users of the service to inform their counterparts abroad of the new settlement instructions (SSI), which will be effective on the aforementioned date:

We remind you that the custody service of DCV through DTC-USA does not contemplate arrangements related to the recovery of tax benefits or their reclassification.

If any Depositor wishes to obtain these benefits, it must instruct the transfer of its securities to the custody of DCV in Euroclear, where the procedures described above will be available. Accordingly, the Depositor will be responsible for ordering this transfer.

Finally, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 16.1.1 of DCV's current Internal Regulations, Participants are informed on the new version of the International Custody Operations Guide that incorporates the aforementioned changes.
