DCV Continues its Transformation to Improve the Quality of its Services

For Depósito Central de Valores (DCV), it is vital to promote an organizational culture that is aligned with our strategy while promoting people's development and well-being.

Adaptation skills are vital to continue growing in an increasingly competitive financial market. Under that premise, DCV was challenged to develop a cultural transformation project whose purpose is to incorporate the best practices of each of its teams and create a "portfolio" to achieve our future objectives.

After implementing the new DCV Evolution platform, the Company is still undergoing a transformation process. "DCV Evolution did not only mean a technology change for the Company but also a cultural transformation for our collaborators," said Sandra Valenzuela, People and Culture Manager.

Through this transformative program, DCV advances in creating a more flexible company to adapt to its clients' challenges at the right pace. It is worth mentioning that in 2023, DCV's Management Team worked on aligning and defining the items and areas to be transformed, identifying and developing four projects to mobilize change and impact its organizational culture.

In this sense, Sandra adds that "transformation is a continuous process that will become our ally in the future. And we are convinced that people are the most important part of this transformation.
