MANAGEMENT AND THE INCORPORATION OF NEW
RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE OPERATIONS AND SERVICES MANAGEMENT.

As part of the constant process to achieve greater internal efficiency (that allows to adequately focus efforts to achieve the objectives and considering the dynamism of the market and its future challenges), the Depósito Central de Valores informs that it has decided to make adjustments to its organizational structure. In this way, the Legal and Corporate Affairs Management has been created, which will be led by Javier Jara Traub, who worked as Commercial and New Business Manager.

This new management will be responsible for directing the lines of research and legal feasibility analysis in the development of strategic businesses undertaken by the organization, in addition to being responsible for representing DCV before third parties on issues related to corporate matters.

Additionally, the commercial sub-management in charge of Juan Carlos Melys, joins the operations and services management, led by Claudio Garín. With this change, the aim is to focus commercial efforts, take advantage of synergies with the customer service function and increase relationships with current and potential clients. Likewise, and until the end of the DCV Evolution project, this area will focus on successfully achieving tests and training with the market.
