DCV maintains ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications after successful follow-up audits

ISO 27001 is an international standard for the security of information systems and ISO 22301 is a standard to manage the comontinuity of business in a organization.

 

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV), after successful follow-up audits, maintained the ISO 27001:2013 Information Technologies - Security Techniques - Information Security Management System” and the ISO 22301: standard: 2012 “Company Security - Business Continuity Management Systems” certifications.

These certifications are valid for three years and consider annual reviews. In this way, during the first and second week of September, follow-up audits were carried out by the British Standards Institution (BSI), which were carried out for the first time, under the remote connection method given the current situation.“Company Security - Business Continuity Management Systems” certifications.

BSI, based on the results of the audit, recorded that the objectives had been successfully achieved.

André Medel, DCV’s Information Security and Business Continuity Officer, stated that “we should be proud that an independent company with the prestige of BSI validates what we do at DCV. Business continuity and information security are strategic axes for our business. By maintaining the certifications, we demonstrate our commitment to the securities market, facilitating business services and the processes that support it based on the highest standards”.
