Find out about the measures taken by DCV within the framework of the Coronavirus

DCV has adopted a series of measures to protect the health of its workers and to ensure the continuity of operations within the framework of the health emergency situation in which chile lives due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

DCV is communicating the measures adopted in a timely manner through electronic bulletins, its website and LinkedIn, to both the participants and the regulator, and will continue to do so as changes in the general operating conditions occur.

We invite you to review all the initiatives that have been implemented to date:

  • As of March 5th, we instructed that all workers who had visited countries that were in a risk zone, to remain under preventive quarantine for the following 14 days, counted from the last day of stay in that country and, in case that a worker or member of their immediate environment was diagnosed with Coronavirus, they had to report it and not attend DCV. In this case, the 14-day preventive quarantine will operate until its contagion is ruled out.
  • All work trips abroad and all visits from abroad were suspended.
  • On March 16th, and progressively, the Remote Contingency Work method was established. This means that a significant percentage of workers began to carry out their functions from their homes.
  • As of March 19th, the face to face attention hours of the Service Department of Shareholders goes from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 hours continuously, at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, District of Providencia.
  • Additionally, on March 19th, the new exception protocols and procedures were announced, which consist of temporarily replacing the physical and signed delivery of different forms and backgrounds, by sending them via email by means of agents appointed specifically for this purpose.
  • As of Monday, March 23rd, it was agreed that the receipt of documents that was regularly carried out in the Custody department at Huérfanos 770, floor -1, Downtown Santiago, will only be carried out in the new offices located at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, District of Providencia, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 15:00 hours..
  • Beginning Monday, March 23rd, 2020, it was established that the operating hours for the receipt of documents by the Customer Service Desk (MAC) will be from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 hours continuously at Av. Apoquindo 4001, 12th floor, District of Las Condes.
  • On Monday, March 23rd, the contact telephone numbers and emails of DCV's principal areas were published, of which today 100% are working remotely.
