First Committee of Users 2019: closeness with our clients


ON MARCH 27TH THE FIRST COMMITTEE OF USERS OF THE YEAR TOOK PLACE, AN OCCASION TO BE CLOSER TO CLIENTS. As part of the loyalty initiatives of DCV’s commercial management, the Committee of Users brings together a group of clients with the objective of being in contact regularly and to discuss various topics. The committee meets 3 to 4 times a year. In these meetings, DCV invites some of its clients, in particular in this meeting banks and brokers attended, with the purpose of hearing about the market needs and to inform them of DCV’s plans and projects. “It is an opportunity to address some issues raised by the Committee of Users itself; it is an opportunity to improve the financial system that affects its members, as well as to validate the studies that are underway, and to present the things we are doing as DCV”, explained Juan Carlos Melys, Commercial AssistantManager. “Obtaining feedback from our clients on the services we are launching to the market and future projects allows us to know if we are going in the right direction,” he added. In the first meeting of the year, held on March 27th, the principal topics of previous years were reviewed and the Kick Off of 2019 was presented addressing the pending projects or issues for the coming months. The topic that was addressed principally was the recently published Regulation No. 432 of the CMF, which expands the financial instruments that can be custodied by DCV, the newest Special Pledge service, the DCV Evolution project and some initiatives that are being studied.
