THE DEPÓSITO CENTRAL DE VALORES (DCV) TRAVELED TO PERU TO TAKE PART IN THE XXI ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF ACSDA AND TO CELEBRATE THE 20 YEARS OF THE ASSOCIATION.

The Annual General Assembly of ACSDA returns to Lima to commemorate its 20th anniversary with the purpose of appreciating the essence, diversity and culture of the place that gave birth to the association 20 years ago, accompanied by thirty-member organizations, partners and guests.

The central theme of the XXI General Assembly of ACSDA is “Discover, share and experiment”, with the purpose of transmitting and analyzing the experiences of the markets. The principal depository companies of the American continent will meet on this occasion addressing themes that revolve around innovation in the financial industry, cybersecurity and the FinTech world.

The three-day agenda of activities of the XXI General Assembly of ACSDA include presentations, speeches and panels that will address a wide range of topics related to CSDs, all of which will be led by distinguished speakers, moderators and panelists, including Fernando Yáñez, DCV’s General Manager and former chairman of ACSDA and Javier Jara, Commercial and New Businesses Manager of DCV and vice chairman of ACSDA.

Precisely in his capacity as former leader of the association, Yáñez will participate this year in a round table with all the former chairmen, who will share their perspectives on CSDs, how this industry has changed in the last 20 years and what is expected in the future. Jara also will participate as moderator in this edition at the “Fintech and the Implications for the FMI” panel.

"The Depósito Central de Valores has participated since its start, so we are attending the XXI General Assembly of ACSDA with great enthusiasm with the purpose of being an active part of this meeting,”, said Fernando Yáñez.
