During 2018, the Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) carried out a series of in person and online sessions and training that supported the company’s 6 lines of business with the aim of generating knowledge on the functionalities and the different services of DCV. More than 600 people participated in the 37 sessions that were held throughout the year. In particular, the Special Pledge and Advanced Electronic Signature (FEA) were the topics that generated the most interest among clients and other institutions of the financial sector, especially in the legal areas. For this reason DCV continues the talks and training plan for 2019, reaffirming its commitment in delivering ongoing knowledge and tools that allows its clients to manage more efficiently. “At DCV we reiterate our commitment to clients and advisors through the training sessions on the new Special Pledge and Advanced Electronic Signature service, which are tools that will allow the generation of new and better businesses,” says Fanny Tagle, Legal Affairs Assistant Manager. During the month of January, DCV has held talks with JP Morgan and Larraín y Asociados, in which 25 lawyers have participated. For the coming months, new legal and operational sessions are expected with DCV’s clients, as well as with law firms and financial market organizations.
