AT DCV WE WANT OUR EMPLOYEES TO BE PROTAGONISTS OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH BY ACTIVELY CHOOSING THEIR CAREER DEVELOPMENT THROUGH SELF-MANAGEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE.

At DCV we constantly seek to enhance our employees’ knowledge, skills and abilities, so they can promote their personal and professional growth, as well as their optimal performance at the workplace. Consequently, this year we have gone a step further in modernizing the way we manage and administer our training and coaching processes. To do this, we created a new “Training Portal” on our Intranet for the self-management of knowledge, where employees can find general information on training and education processes. Similarly, they have access to an open and flexible offer of freely available courses, in order for them to choose the one that best fits their needs, thus, involving them in their knowledge management.

Through the new portal, employees can view learning alternatives offered by DCV through various methods:

Knowledge Management

On the one hand, the “Knowledge Management Site” aims at becoming a great knowledge information repository, making studies, knowledge and skills visible to those who are part of DCV. This is the Company’s great intellectual capital.

Self-Management Training

On the other hand, DCV offers freely available courses through the “Self-Management Training Site”. To help carrying out the self-management of knowledge, this portal includes various training methods that allow employees to learn by playing online, attending courses and in-person trainings within or outside the company, as appropriate, and online training. Moreover, they can access the scholarships module to submit their applications, and the training module, where they can view their plan and define their training needs.
