GOOD PRACTICES IN PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RECOMMEND RECOGNISING INTANGIBLE (80%) OVER TANGIBLE (20%) ACHIEVEMENTS, SO AS TO ENCOURAGE OUR COLLABORATORS TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A CULTURE OF RECOGNITION IN THE COMPANY.

DCV believes that excellence should be recognized, thus reinforcing good conduct and inspiring employees to achieve their goals, creating commitment and motivation, fostering collaborative work and contributing to comply with our organizational strategy.

Therefore, our company has included a policy aimed at creating a culture of recognition, defining standards under which our employees should be recognized, both individually and as a team, aligning the criteria and practices of the company’s leaders.

Consequently, a Recognition Policy was created, which indicates how excellent performance and real contribution to achieve corporate challenges should be recognized. Additionally, this policy indicates how certain conduct builds positive relationships at work, positive work environments and collaborative work, recognizing especially those employees that are an example for the rest of the organization. Furthermore, we believe that every employee should be able to recognize, not leaving this action only to the Company’s heads.

We recognize our employees in various ways; by providing gifts, free time or celebrations -some individually and others as a team-, but they are always published in the intranet to provide visibility for the recognition.
