On March 23rd, we met to celebrate DCV’s 25th anniversary, in an event full of surprises and emotions, where we recalled the most significant milestones in our history and celebrated the work of our collaborators. The event was held at the Centro de Eventos Botánico, in Peñalolén, which dressed up to receive the company’s guests, collaborators and directors. A cocktail reception, live music, fire jugglers, dances with light and an incomparable panoramic view of Santiago, were part of the magic that welcomed us and invited us to the main hall to enjoy the great celebration of DCV’s 25th anniversary. Once in the hall, Xioar Rivas, of Human Resources Management, and Juan Gabriel Castillo, of Business Management and Legal Affairs, surprised us on stage as the motivators of this great night, which became a space to share with our colleagues in a very nice dinner by chef Guillermo Rodríguez, enjoy the party with music and dancing, and get emotional with the testimonies of various collaborators of DCV, and with the words of Fernando Yáñez, our General Manager. Testimonies of inclusion, fraternity and opportunities During the celebration, different employees of Depósito Central de Valores shared their personal and professional experience during their years in the Company. Their testimonies evidenced fraternity, diversity, inclusion, concern for people (a reflection of the Company’s human resources management), and opportunities for the growth of their human talent. Recognition to experience DCV’s 25th anniversary celebration was also the time to recognize the trajectory of the collaborators, their service years and commitment. 10 YEARS 20 YEARS 25 YEARS Recalling the past and looking to the future The traditional speech of our General Manager was one of the most memorable moments of the celebration. Yáñez went through 25 years of history, and challenged us for the present and future of DCV. His words covered the most important milestones of Depósito Central de Valores, from the first outline, as an initiative developed between the Stock Exchange and Citibank, up to the most recent achievements. He also acknowledged the work of all the collaborators, thanking the commitment and efforts of each of the people who are currently part of the Company, and of all those who participated in its development and evolution: “Our Company’s current recognition is not a question of chance or luck, but it is a result of the commitment and work of all of you”. “I INVITE YOU TO CELEBRATE OUR 25th ANNIVERSARY WITH JOY AND SATISFACTION.
