DCV shares the excellent results obtained in the Shareholders’ Satisfaction Survey

This Tuesday 21st June, The Securities Central Depository (DCV) organized a breakfast with the issuing clients of its subsidiary company DCV Registros. There, the results of the sixth Shareholders’ Satisfaction Survey carried out by Adimark Gft were presented, which showed excellent results in relation to the quality of service that DCV Registros provides to shareholders attended in the company premises.

The General Manager of DCV, Fernando Yáñez, showed satisfaction for the results of the survey and said that they will continue working in order to maintain and improve the results obtained even further. ‘We are very proud with the result of this survey, which binds us to reaffirm our commitment with service quality’, he said.

On the other hand, DCV Registros Service Manager, Claudio Garín, informed partakers that they are already working in order to boost new communication channels, among which are  such related with remote service and new technologies, at  all times  specially emphasizing on maintaining the security and disclosure featuring DCV services.
