Dear Participants,

Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV) reminds you that according to the provisions of the Deposit Contract and the current Internal Regulations, Participants are responsible for the following:

1. Keeping the list of their legal representatives and their corresponding signature registrations (please refer to the information described in Circular 340 No. 6 published on December 27, 2021) and the list of managers authorized to withdraw documents or securities from the facilities of DCV updated.
2. Keeping the list of managers, assistant managers, and other executives or other associates, with their corresponding contact information, including their address, telephone number, and email address, up to date to keep current records of those to whom DCV must submit information.
3. If you are interested in obtaining information on the legal representatives and the associates registered by your institution to date, please contact the Help Desk at This email address is being protected from spambots. 4. Assigning Security Administrators and keeping their information updated (considering at least two per company) and enabling Users (assigning Treasury, transactions, custody, pledges, reports, file transfer folder privileges, etc.)
5. In addition, any Participants who have subscribed to the Forward Contracts Centralized Registry service must update the list of legal representatives authorized to sign contracts with an advanced electronic signature and their corresponding digital certificates.
