According to the information provided in Circular No. 341 published on January 14, 2022, regarding the Internal Regulation in effect, and based on the information described in Chapter 22.2 "ON THE TRANSITION PERIOD," we would like to inform you about the topics whose validity period was extended, and that will be in force on June 20, 2022, after the change to the new DCV Evolution (DCVe) platform.
The provisions are the following:
- Title 1 "Definitions" regarding the definition of the DVD operation and the user-operator.
- Title 5 "Computer System and Company Website," except for number 5.5. and the removal of number 5.6. included in the Internal Regulation "November 2020 release" that were in force before.
- Title 7 "Dematerialized Issuances" number 7.2.3.
- Title 8 "Deposit Accounts" numbers 8.1.1 and 8.1.2.3.4. and the removal of number 8.2.4. Included in the Internal Regulation "November 2020 release."
- Title 10 "Holdings Account Operation" numbers 10.1.1, 10.1.4., 10.3.4, 10.5.2, 10.5.3, 10.10.
- Title 15 "Foreign Securities Custody" numbers 15.1.3.1 and 15.1.3.2.1.
- Title 19 "Payment for Services" numbers 19.3 and 19.3.12 regarding the removal of the reference in account for a matured securities account.
