Dear Participants,

According to the provisions of Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV) 's current Internal Regulations, we wish to inform you through this circular about some amendments to the Internal Regulations text approved by DCV's Board and by the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) - Financial Market Commission. This "January 2022 version" will be valid from January 17, 2022, notwithstanding the deferred validity of some specific requirements, in accordance with its transitory articles.

We are attaching a minute with a description of the main amendments to the Internal Regulation text.
