In accordance with Section 16.1.1 of its current Internal Regulations, Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) informs its depositors about the new version of the International Custody Operations Guide.

In its January 2018 version, the guide incorporates the following changes:

• Section 1.8.1, regarding the refusal to deliver positions in foreign markets, is added.
• Information on payments related to the Foreign Securities Exchange Service (BVE), on shares that are not traded locally (2.4.10.2 and 2.6.11.2), is added.
• The contacts of Deutsche Bank (2.4.17) were updated.
• Information on DECEVAL with respect to the settlement process of DVP operations in that market (2.9), was updated.
• The contacts of InterMAC were updated.
