Dear Participants

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that as provided by Law Nº 20.712, the Single Funds Act (LUF), changes have been incorporated to the National Mutual Funds Instalments Custody Service.

Fundamentally, the need to send DCV the pertinent contribution agreement has been replaced with forwarding the Contribution Receipt, the document that is currently considered by LUF rather than the referred agreement.

Attached are the Manual and New forms with the service details.
