Last This past 27 May 27 of the year in progressthis year, Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) published Circular Letter Nº 273, whereby a series of modifications to the Internal Regulation and International Custody annex were informed, both approved by the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance (SVS) through Exempt Resolution 180.

The referred Circular Letter stated that it would come into force on 1 June 1, 2015. We hereby clarify that the above will only have the exception as regards the rates detailed in Circular Letter N°273, which will take effect on 1 July 1, 2015.
