Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) informs that, the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance (SVS) has approved the modifications to DCV Internal Regulation and International Custody Service through Exempt Resolution 180 of  May 12, 2015.

Internal Regulation

1.- New rates are incorporated, modifying for the purpose Title 20: “Remuneration for the Services”, and which relate to the following services:

• Environmental Development and Management for testing
• Registration of Pledges and/or Redemptions by DCV following a notarial notice
• Charges associated with the Registration of Dematerialized Issues

2.- Title 16 “Foreign Securities Custody” and the International Custody Annex are also modified.

The detail of these modifications is available on our Web page, where updated versions of the Internal Regulation and the Annex to the Deposit Agreement relative to the International Custody Service have been uploaded.
