Dear PARTICIPANT

As on other occasions we would like to remind you that in accordance with dispositions set forth in the Depository Agreement and the Internal Regulation of Depósito Central de Valores S. A. DCV (Central Securities Depository), it is every Participant’s responsibility to:

1. Maintain an updated list of its nominees and the corresponding signature records, as well as the list of the officers authorized to withdraw documents or securities from the facilities of DCV. Should you be interested in knowing the nominees and officers that your company currently has registered in DCV, you are invited to contact our Customer Service Desk, phone number 56-2-393 9001, and if applicable, to execute the relevant updates.

2. Designate a Computing Programme Security Administrator to whom DCV supplies access to authorize transactions for the registration of equipment (computer addresses by which the connexion with the Computing System shall be carried out) and the Registration of Users and their authorization as Operators, (to create and remove users, to grant or revoke the power to have access to transactions, to determine password lifespan, change passwords and to define the equipment by which the corresponding users may carry out the connections)

3. Participants, who have subscribed to the Forward Contracts Centralized Registration Service, should also maintain an updated list of the nominees empowered to enter into contracts electronically, through advanced digital signature, as well as their relevant digital certificates.

In view of what was established in the preceding, we recommend the review of appointments of the Users-Operators as well as the profiles that your Security Administrator and the date assigned to each of them, in order to operate with DCV.
