DCV advises its participants that on the date of July 27th 2012 the Santiago Stock Exchange performed the cancellation of “Fondo de Inversión Santander Santiago Desarrollo Inmobiliario VI” (Santander Santiago Investment Fund Property Development IV), in view of the communication executed by the company “Santander Asset Management S.A. Administradora General de Fondos” (Santander Asset Management Stock Company General Fund Administrator) through an advisory published in the newspaper La Segunda on July 17th 2012, regarding the agreement to perform the capital final distribution for an amount of $444,190,963, at a rate of $2,111.714475 for every single serial share, to be paid as of the date of August 1st 2012 to the shareholders whose names are registered in the record within the 5 working days in advance of the date established for payment.

In accordance to the dispositions set forth in the DCV Internal Regulation (numeral 6.1.3) those Depositors who hold a share position issued by “Fondo de Inversión Santander Santiago Desarrollo Inmobiliario VI” (Santander Santiago Investment Fund Property Development IV), must, within a period of thirty days of this communication, withdraw said securities.
