DCV reports that on December 30, 2011 customer service will be open regular hours, 9:00 through 18:30.
Also be advised that, according to the information provided by Banco Central de Chile, a special reduction of 60 minutes will be applied for that day, in relation to the usual schedule of the LBTR System. Because of this, we are providing a brief summary of the schedules that will be in affect on December 30.

- 16:00 Settlement of CCAV House
- 16:15 Closure of ITFs entries sent for client accounts and Third Party Closure FLI requests
- 16:30 LBTR closure for ITF settlement
- 17:00 Closure of credits and debits for FPD and FPL requests
- 17:15 Closure of operations of BCCh in LBTR
