Circular letter Nº 199 "Canceled the registration of “Proa II Fondo de Inversión en Liquidación”, considering that the company Chiletech S.A."

We inform Participants and the public in general that, on December 12, 2011, Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago, canceled the registration of “Proa II Fondo de Inversión en Liquidación”, considering that the company Chiletech S.A. Administradora de Fondos de Inversión, announced that a special meeting of contributors held on December 6, 2011, the final account of the end of settlement of the fund was approved, thereby concluding the settlement process, as of December 21, 2011, at the offices of DCV Registros S.A., located in Huérfanos 770, Floor 22, Santiago, Monday through Friday, between 09:00 and 14:00, the Contributors of the Fund will be restored the value of their contributions in proportion to the number of shares they hold.

"Chiletech S.A. Administradora de Fondos de Inversión", as of this communication, shall, within 30 days withdraw the aforementioned securities from DCV.
