In the context of international custody service for the MILA market, the Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago (BCS) and the Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) are pleased to inform you of the release of an updated version of the Integrated Market Transactions Guide - MILA.
The aforementioned is because the Banco de la República de Colombia, through Bulletin 36, September 19, 2001, issued the External Regulatory Circular DCIN-83, September 15, 2011, which clarifies the exchange procedure applicable to transactions performed through MILA.
In this circular you are able to download the updated version of the Integrated Market Transactions Guide MILA, to which we have added the main aspects of the regulations in a new appendix Nº 8.
