New Forward Service Automatic User Profiling in DCV Evolution

Dear Participants,

DCV informs you that automatic profiling of users was conducted on the DCVe Platform for the new Forward Service with Operator and/or Legal Representative roles, using as a base those users who have used the current platform within the last six months, with a closing date of March 2025.

This action consisted of assigning them the corresponding profiles according to the roles (Operator and/or Legal representative) in accordance with what they had in the Forward (Legacy) service.

Important: certain cases could not be included in this automatic migration, which is detailed below:

1. Users with personalized group profiles.
2. Users who only use the Forward (Legacy) service and who are not registered in DCVe.
3. Deactivated users in DCVe: users who identified themselves as Forward operators in the last 6 months but are currently deactivated in the DCVe platform.
4. Newly created users and/or profiled in Forward (Legacy).

For cases 1 and 2, the respective clients have already been duly informed, and the DCV Commercial Department discussed their situation.

For the cases mentioned in items 3 and 4, each client must review and validate if activation will be required to proceed with its creation and/or profiling.

Finally, we inform you that the four new forward roles have already been released in DCVe to create new users and assign them profiles if required. The "Description of Standard Profiles" manual, which includes the profiles of the new Forward Service, is now available on the DCV website under DCV Evolution - Manuals.
