New Applications to Register Users and Verify Documents

Continuando con la modernización de las plataformas de servicios, el Depósito Central de Valores habilita 2 nuevas funcionalidades que incorporan mejoras en la experiencia de usuarios:

Starting Thursday, August 22, 2024, both platforms will be available in the CLIENTS ACCESS of DCV's website www.dcv.cl.

With the new users' registration platform, operators will be able to register directly without contacting the Help Desk (MAC), considering the following steps:

• Fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
• Enter a safe password: minimum length 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, at least one number, and at least one special character.
• The captcha is automatic. No action needs to be taken.
• Read and accept the terms and conditions.

The new documents verification platform allows to validate Holdings Certificates and/or Pledge Certificates in a simple way from any device with Internet access.
