AES Andes S.A. Securities Withdrawal

Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs its participants that Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) - Financial Market Commission through Exempt Resolution No. 3513 of April 17, 2024, informed that it canceled the registration of shares of  AES Andes S.A.” (AESANDES), Taxpayer ID number 94.272.000-9, in the Securities Register as requested by the corporation.

Similarly, on April 18, 2024, the Santiago Stock Exchange canceled the registration of the mentioned corporation.

On April 18, 2024, DCV published this information on its website stating that according to the provisions of its Bylaws (6.1.3), those depositors who have holdings in  AES Andes S.A.” (AESANDES) must withdraw these securities within 30 days from this publication.

To date, there are still depositors who have not withdrawn their securities, and we wish to remind them that they must do it before August 30, 2024.
