2024 DCV General Shareholders' Meeting

Dear Shareholders,

In the Board Meeting of Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV) held on March 5, 2024, a General Shareholders' Meeting was scheduled for March 26, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at the Corporation's offices located n Avenida Apoquindo Nº4001, floor 12, Las Condes, Santiago and remotely through a videoconference.

The meeting will address the Corporation's situation, the external auditors' report, the annual report, balance sheet, and income statement for 2023, the final dividend distribution, the approval of the Board's remunerations for 2023 and setting them for 2024, assigning external auditors for the year 2024, and any other matters concerning the Corporation.

We wish to inform you that the balance sheet, the income statement, and the notes for the financial statements until December 31, 2023, the annual report, and the analysis of the proposals for external auditing companies for 2024 will be available in our Corporation's website at www.dcv.cl on March 8, 2024.
