Surveillance Committee Fee for 2023

The Surveillance Committee of Depósito Central de Valores has informed you, through the bulletins dated October 19 and 26, 2023 that, in compliance with current tax regulations, from that opportunity onwards, the collection of the semiannual installments established to depositors through a collection document other than an invoice, because said payment is not subject to VAT.

It is important to mention that the payment of this semiannual installment is mandatory for depositors, in accordance with letter c) of article 32 of Law 18,876 and the agreements approved, on this matter, by the twenty-eighth ordinary meeting of depositors held on 14 March 2023, which allows the fulfillment of the functions established in Art. 35, of the law indicated above, in safeguarding the interests of all depositors.

We thank the depositors who have not yet paid the fee due on November 30, 2023, to do so as soon as possible, in order not to affect the normal functioning of the Committee.
