As a result of an incident external to DCV, whose origin is a service provider which has not been corrected yet by provider GTD, the telephone service for numbers +56 2 23939001 and +56 2 23939003 will remain disabled as a precautionary measure, due to which the help desk for DCV and DCVR will be available in the contingency mode.
