Depósito Central de Valores informs its participants that the Financial Market Commission, through Exempt Resolution No. 8633 of November 20, 2023, canceled the registration of the corporation and its shares in the Securities Register at the issuer's request.
Similarly, on November 21, 2023, the Santiago Stock Exchange canceled the registration of the corporation called Invexans S.A. (INVEXANS), Taxpayer ID number 91.021.000-9.
According to the provisions of DCV's Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), the Depositors with holdings in Invexans S.A. (INVEXANS) must withdraw those securities within 30 days from this communication.
