DCV Registros informs you that the BANCO DE CRÉDITO E INVERSIONES Rights Offering event starts on September 22, 2023, and ends on October 21, 2023.

The following are the main characteristics of the event:

Form of payment:	Payment will be made in cash, bank sight draft, wire transfer, or any other instrument or instruments payable at sight when subscribing the shares.

Shares to be issued:	It was agreed to increase the capital of the Corporation in $600,000,000,000 through the issuance of 28,066,236 cash shares of one single series and without nominal value.
Factor:	Shareholders will be entitled to subscribe 0.147299267922638 new shares for each share they have registered in the Shareholders' Register by September 14, 2023.
Price per share:	CLP$22,000 per share.
