Dear Depositors, Issuers, and Shareholders,

Depósito Central Valores S.A. (DCV) and its subsidiary DCV Registros (DCVR) inform you about the operating hours of the National and Cross-Border Custody and the Shareholders´ and Investors´ Registers Administration Services for Friday, September 15, 2023.

DEPÓSITO CENTRAL DE VALORES (DCV)

The Help Desk will answer your inquiries from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The transactions settlement registry will operate until 6:30 p.m., as usual.

Equity Deposit and Withdrawal forms will be received in digital format until 1:30 p.m., and the cashier service will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by appointment.

The Santiago Stock Exchange has informed that it will close its trading services earlier at 1:00 p.m.

The Central Bank of Chile has informed that on September 15, it will close its RTGS System 60 minutes ahead of schedule, as follows:

For the RTGS System in CLP:
3:00 p.m.	Net results settlement for checks clearing house.
3:30 p.m.	Net results settlement for ATMs clearing house. CCAV payment orders reception closure.
4:00 p.m.	CCAV high value clearing house results settlement.
4:15 p.m.	ITFs sent by a nominee account entry closure. ITFs sent by a third-party entry closure. ILF requests closure.
4:30 p.m.	ITFs sent by a nominee account settlement closure. ITFs sent by a third-party settlement closure. ITFs sent by own account entry and settlement closure.
5:00 p.m.	Debit and credit closure by FPD and FPL requests.
5:15 p.m.	BCCh in CLP transactions closure.
5:30 p.m.	RTGS CLP system closure.

For the RTGS system in USD
3:30 p.m.	Net results settlement for checks clearing house in USD.
4:45 p.m.	ITFs sent by a nominee account entry closure. ITFs sent by a third-party entry closure.
