Depósito Central de Valores informs its participants that issuer SOCIEDAD PESQUERA COLOSO S.A. EN LIQUIDACIÓN canceled the shares in the Securities Register of the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) - Financial Market Commission, which the CMF confirmed through Exempt Resolution No. 2071 of March 31, 2022.

According to the provisions of DCV's Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), the Depositors who have holdings in SOCIEDAD PESQUERA COLOSO S.A. EN LIQUIDACIÓN (COLOSO) must withdraw those securities within 30 days from this communication.
