Banco Itaú Chile Reverse Stock Split Event

Dear Brokers and Custodians,

DCV Registros informs you about the Banco Itaú Chile reverse stock event that will take place at midnight on May 25 in the shareholders' register of Banco Itaú Chile.

The mentioned event will take place through a shares exchange that works as any exchange of other corporate actions, such as a Corporation merger. Therefore each custodian is the owner of the total balance of shares with which they appear in the shareholders' register of the issuing Corporation.

Considering that each stockbroker and any other legally authorized entity keep the shares registered under their own name in the shareholders' register of the issuing Corporation, the identity of the people for whom they keep them under their own name is not of public knowledge (including the issuing Corporation,) and therefore, the broker and the custodian, in general, will be assigned the shares for the total balance of shares that they own in the shareholders' register by midnight of May 25, 2023.
