Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) is updating the information related to the availability of workstations to use in contingency situations.
DCV has four computers available for clients only at the building of Torre Nueva Santa María at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, floor 23, Providencia.
Please consider the following if you need to use these computers:
- Fill in the "Contingency Computer Use Form" available in this newsletter and send it via email to the Help Desk at

- If you need to use these computers first thing in the morning, please send the request the day before by 6:00 p.m.
- If you need to use them on a Friday after 5:30 p.m., send this request by 5:00 p.m.
- Since the system closes at 6:30 p.m., you must send this request by 6:00 p.m.

If any transactions are registered during a contingency, please remember that advanced electronic signature certificates must be taken to the offices of DCV (e-token).
The costs associated with these requirements remain unchanged.
