Notice of DCV Registros S.A Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting

Dear Shareholders,

In the Board Meeting of DCV Registros S.A held on September 27, 2022, an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting was scheduled for October 25, 2022, at 3:45 p.m. at the Corporation's offices in Avenida Apoquindo Nº 4001, floor 12, Las Condes, Santiago.

The Meeting will address the renewal of its Board of Directors and the election of its members. Details on the meeting.

Shareholders registered in the Shareholders' register five days before the meeting are entitled to attend the meeting.
