Hours and deadlines to request certificates to attend shareholders meetings

Dear depositors,

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) and its affiliate DCV Registros hereby remind you of the available hours and deadlines to request attendance certificates to attend shareholders meetings:

• The requests for certificates to attend shareholders meetings (ordinary and special ones) will be received from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 15:00 hours, and only until 14:00 hours on the business day prior to the date of the corresponding shareholders meeting.
• The term to issue the certificate is 24 hours. However, necessary efforts will be made to deliver the certificate on the same day once the request is received and confirmed.
• As long as the health contingency lasts, requests for certificates may be sent via email to custodia_This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
• Applications must have the signatures of authorized attorneys (this is verified) or they may be sent under what is stipulated in the contingency protocol, informed by DCV in the bulletin dated March 19th, 2020.
