Availability of contingency computers

Dear Participants:

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that due to the relocation of the customer service offices of its affiliate, DCV Registros, the workstations to be used in case of contingencies by the operators of depositors will not be available at the offices located at Huérfanos 770. Until February 20th, this option will only be available at Av. Apoquindo 4001, 12th floor, District of Las Condes.

Once the relocation process is completed (which will take place before February 20th), we will inform you on the enablement and availability of the new contingency workstations in the Torre Nueva Santa María building, located at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, District of Providencia.

We remind you that the customer service for custody services and all the procedures related to the vault will not be relocated on this occasion and remain located - until further notice - at Huérfanos 770, floor -1, Downtown Santiago.
