How to attach the Digital Certificate?

You must enter DCV’s web site, select the link “My account” located at the side in the module “Client Access”-->Select the Digital Certificate option --> Enter user code and password (the password must be entered twice), select the company (in case you are authorized by more than one) --> Select the option attach digital certificate --> select current digital certificate installed in the user’s PC -->Continue.

How can you query the tables of instruments in development?

You must enter DCV’s web site, select the link “Issues Central Registry” located at the side in the “Access to Clients” module --> from there, you will enter the User’s Site.

To access this section, the user must have been assigned the “Issuance Consultant – SADE” profile.

How do you register current accounts for expirations?

You must access DCV’s web site, select the link “National Custody” located at the side in the “Clients Access” module --> Treasury --> Accounts.

Once the current account has been registered through this option, you must access the option Charge Instructions of the same menu to relate the account to the expirations.

How do you obtain a list of the website users?

You must access DCV’s web site, select the link “Security Administrator” located at the side in the “Clients Access” module --> enter user code and password --> Operators --> See List of All Users

How do you obtain a list of the website profiles?

You must enter DCV’s web page and select the link “Security Administrator” located at the side in the “Clients Access” module, option Profiles --> enter user code and password --> Profiles à Filter by Service --> User Type and Profile Type --> Search

How are files uploaded through the Importer?

Users must be enabled with the Custody Operations Importer profile, having sent the FRIC form specifying the type of file they need to send.

We can upload it to the portal once it has been updated.



How do we contract the Forward Service?

You must subscribe an Adhesion Contract and send the Forward Contracts Centralized Registry Form, both available in DCV’s web site, in “Services” main menu --> “Forward Service”; once inside, select the link Contracts and search for the form within the list.

What is the signature registry for?

To verify any document or requirement that the shareholder sends to us through a request they have signed.

How many dividends do the companies pay each year?

It depends on the issuer; in general, the dividend policy is reported in the shareholders’ meetings.

How can I receive dividends?

Advising of your current account, savings account, sight or RUT account, Payment in the Office, Check by Registered Mail.

What is the procedure to change the account where the dividends of my shares are deposited?

You must indicate a personal bank account, which will be registered as the mode of payment for future dividends of the company you register shares with, to that date.

How can we access the shareholder’s web site?

The shareholder’s Web site /DCV Registros Participants access is an agreement and you can request it by mail, letter, in person or by telephone, and it allows inquiries about balances, account statements (historical), dividends, quantity of securities.

You may print the account statement, tax and investment certificate.

The access to the Web page is free. It is mainly informative, without the possibility of making modifications or transactions.  

This Access works with the Explorer Internet Navigator, with any version not exceeding 9.

Once you receive this contract, you must return it by the same means to Huérfanos 770, piso 22 Santiago, addressed to: Shareholders Service to proceed to enable the password. Inside the mentioned contract you will find the procedure to register your user id and password.

What documents must I submit to process a physical possession?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., telephone 223 939 003 or in person at the DCVR offices located at Huérfanos 770, 22nd floor, Santiago, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

How can I sell my shares?

a) Through a stockbroker.

b) You may make an over-the-counter transfer, provided the transfer has a buyer and 2 witnesses of age, at the DCVR premises located in Huérfanos 770, piso 22, Santiago in continuous hours from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.

c) Before a notary public, with the appearance of buyer and vendor.
