Payment request password

As it was informed in the release DCVe Today No. 8, we would like to remind you that:

In the DCVe Platform, the password is also alphanumerical, with 7 digits, but the letters may be in upper or lower case. The following must be considered:

The payment request password can be generated automatically by the system or registered manually by the participant, and always taking into account that it must have 7 digits and include numbers and letters.

For those depositors that have experienced problems in this process and to avoid any rejections, we recommend entering your password manually using only capital letters.
