DCV Evolution News N° 31 "Improvements and New Customer Service Channels"
At DCV, we continue moving forward in the activities scheduled before the start of the DCVe Platform services on Monday, June 20, 2022.
We would like to inform you about the changes that we have made to improve the experience and expeditiousness of our customer service.
New customer service channels will be available for market tests to provide support on questions regarding the DCVe Platform on May 23, 2022.

- WhatsApp: Contact us at +56945653790. We will provide you with information on the status of our services directly to your cell phone.
In addition, starting May 30, 2022, changes will be implemented to our Help Desk (Phone) to improve our customer experience and provide faster service from our agents. These changes include:
- Participant code request. Similar to our new DCVe Platform, this information is essential to identify our clients. Please check and verify your company code in the list available in this document.
- Let us know the reason for your call in advance. In this way, we can assign an agent to address your needs.
